Christine Atamian Bairos - Director
Christine has been dancing since the age of 7. She won her first National Title at the age of 10 in
New York and turned professional at the age of 12. She has studied and performed all over the country. Christine won a scholarship to attend Luigi’s Jazz Center, NYC and has been taught by such greats as Gregory Hines, Leon Collins and Patsy Swayze, along with local great teachers Gloria Dorais, Ann Carr, Sarazin’s and MJDC. She had a successful dance studio in Florida and has taught at studios in North Carolina, Rhode Island, and
Las Vegas. Students Christine has taught have gone onto Broadway, Hollywood, Las Vegas, Chippendales, Back-up dancers, Cruise Lines, Ice Capades, Walt Disney, and the Radio City Christmas Show to name a few. Other students have won numerous regional and national dance titles. Christine also adjudicates competitions throughout the Northeast. She is proud of her accomplishments and is thrilled to be back in
Rhode Island – doing what she does best!

Donnie Senna - Capoeira
Donnie is a native of
New York and has been playing Capoeira for 13 years. He currently is an instructor for Grupo Ondas and also teaches at
Brown
University. Donnie’s other passion is Hip Hop. He is currently President of the Ground FX Crew. Donnie has been bboying for over 22 years. His experience and love for the art is very well known in the Northeast. Donnie hosts events for inner city youth, as well as teaches the history of Hip Hop. We are excited to have him part of our studio family.
Carlos Gonzalez- Salsa
Carlos began his journey in 2004 with JJLatinDancers; the only “On2” dance group in Rhode Island. His love for Salsa took him to Boston to study with Anara Frank of Metamovements, and with Ana & Joel of Masacote Dance Company. He’s continued his training by attending workshops and private lessons with world renowned salsa instructors. Carlos has performed in various Salsa Congress’ and festivals; and also teaches at Brown University. We are pleased to have him in the school and know his passion and talent will want you coming back for more Salsa!
